Kirovsky Zavod

Kirovsky Zavod is one of the largest enterprises in Northwestern Russia, with more than 210 years of history.

Historically, key areas of Kirovsky Zavod's activities have included: manufacturing of agricultural and construction machinery, metallurgy, power engineering, metal processing and mechanical processing.

The plant's main production units produce equipment for agriculture, the fuel and energy sector, road construction, industrial and civil engineering, oil and gas, nuclear energy, the forestry industry, utilities, railroad transport and shipbuilding.

In 2009 PJSC Kirovsky Zavod was included in the list of Russia's system-forming enterprises.

Kirovsky Zavod has an advanced production infrastructure. The main production site in St. Petersburg has good transport accessibility and convenient logistics, direct access to the Gulf of Finland and the Baltic Sea, an internal rail network with a total length of 50 km, which allows the plant to send and receive train shipments from various destinations in Russia and abroad.
Kirovsky Zavod applies a systemic approach to ensure product quality and meet customer requirements, including a quality control system.

The plant's regular customers are leading Russian and foreign companies, including:

  • for metallurgical products: AvtoVAZ, GAZ, MAZ (Belarus), Kamaz;
  • tractors, road and industrial vehicles: Surgutneftegaz, Tyumenagromash, Rosagroleasing;
  • for power plant equipment: Rosatom, Gazprom.

The Group of companies exports to more than 20 countries.
Kirovsky Zavod has 6,500 employees.
